You have 30 days from the date you receive the glasses to contact us for the return if you want to return them for quality problems.
(Abdosy will pay for the return shipping)
Return goods Please ensure that our goods and packaging remain intact and contact us via our customer service email to request a return and inform us of the goods you wish to return.
Please note: Please ensure that our products are in good condition during shipping and return the related gifts as well.
We will contact you upon receipt of your order and process your order within 3-5 business days and you will receive your refund within 7 working days.
Note: Our warranty doesn’t cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
If you still need to make a return for a refund, You need to pay for the return shipping
If you receive the product, there is a non-quality problem, such as dislike, size issue, or uncomfortable prescription, you can contact us within 7 days and we will provide you with a return or exchange service or a 70% refund of the order amount.
Our 365-Day Frame Guarantee means Customers are eligible for a one-time frame replacement within 365 days. A replacement frame will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.
If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact Abdosy Customer Service Team within 24 hours after placing the order. An extra charge will be generated if there is a price difference. For any requests for modification/cancellation over 24 hours, we will charge 30% of the order amount as a handling fee, thank you for your understanding.
