It is possible to return your item(s) within 30-days of receiving your order.
Your glasses must be returned in original condition, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.
A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The customer is responsible for the return shipment and shipment costs, but your refund will arrive in 3-7 days of emailing us and our confirmation of your return, depending on your bank
How to return?
Email to email@example.com or directly message us on FB or IG to notify us about your return. We need your email or phone. Please also include your order ID, and date of purchase if possible and easy to find.
You will receive the return address and instructions.
Print your order confirmation & pack your frames.
Ship with your local carrier back to us to complete your return.
* We will refund your money within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Tracking your order
To track your order go to our order tracker
and fill in either your tracking number or email and order number to see your package location live.
Cancelling Order Or Changing Address
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org
Taxes / Duties
While import duties or taxes happen on very rare occasions, we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs and we do not control these charges. We try our best to avoid any additional costs for our customers by paying taxes in advance.
In conclusion: only in very rare occasions do customers have to pay import duty, taxes or VAT.
